Thank you for this. I am not a believer myself, though I was raised as one and naturally share in that culture. I completely agree on the executive power and on treating others as I would like to be treated: basic civil reciprocity based on the non-aggression principle. Frankly, I do not see how this can be debated.

People continually misinterpret libertarianism, either by wilful ignorance, laziness, or simply because they secretly or openly want to have control over others. There’s no point trying to convince these, but we should do all we can to communicate with those inclined towards liberty.
