Some jobs with well structured bonuses based on profit sharing agreements can be mutually beneficial. But in general I agree with you.
Not so black and white, the worker does have some benefits over the entrepreneur. The worker gets paid immediately even if the labor does not produce a profit. The entrepreneur only makes money after time has passed and the venture is successful. The entrepreneur has a lower time preference than the worker, and therefore greater risk.
