There’s 1.3 billion active iPhones as of December 2024. Apple has a pretty good track record of being on top of security and privacy, obviously not open source, but I haven’t had any issues in the 16 years I’ve had an iPhone. Also bitcoin isn’t stored on your phone it’s stored on the globally distributed public ledger, so as long as one has proper key management there’s not much concern
