Exciting understanding of democracy: You get about 40% in elections and would have to form a coalition to govern. But there is no desire to do so. So new elections are held. As a precaution, the electoral law is changed. In the new elections, the party hardly receives more votes than before, but thanks to the new electoral law, it is possible to govern without a coalition.

The motto in politics is: screw the content, find ways to secure power.

Is this guy pro BTC?

I have no idea. But the end never justifies the means. And I'm not naive enough to believe the politicians who pretend to be pro-Bitcoin. That, too, is just manipulation. In the end, it's all about power. Politicians will not abolish themselves or will have their access to money/taxes taken away.
