It might be that relays cannot decide whether you have him blocked or not. If you block someone it has to transmit across the system. Maybe a user block has higher priority than does an unblock. So you have to fight against relays for a while trying to enforce your prior rule against your changing and fickle human indecision. I think I might have had the same issue. We blamed a poor dev who had to assume malfeasance on Verita's side.
It appears there's a glitch on Amethyst where nostr:nprofile1qqsr836yylem9deatcu08ekfj8qj9f2aypq8ydt0w8dyng8zp8akjsqprpmhxue69uhhqmmnw3jhytnsd3skxef0wfjkccterh4j4t is blocked, I don't recall blocking him, maybe I did for posting Anti-Israel stuff perhaps but I'm trying to undo it, and it won't submit.

Amethyst has security filters that block users that repost messages with the same content more than 5 times out of 400 posts per Vitor.
I removed the security filters, and unblocked him, might take time for relays to update perhaps.
