Just gonna vent a bit here….

I am on day 30 now and wow, this is a slow process. I’m down to one crutch but in a boot anytime I leave the house. The boot will be around for another two weeks minimum. I can put my full weight on it but movement without the boot (like walking barefoot with a crutch) is a dangerous business.

My PT specializes in sports injuries and said it’s probably the worst ankle sprain he’s seen… so I guess I win?

I’m hoping I can get it back to 100% functionality eventually. I know ankles can be screwed up for life, so I’m really trying to keep the big picture in mind and not push too hard. nostr:note1zz73gzwjh8pwtxe2gavpwstslxaj3jxenzf0c3dg0y3yxlftlncs4tquds
