Start9 question:
The syncing of bitcoin core seemed to run pretty fast up until around 75%. Now it’s extremely slow. Like 3 % in 24h slow. Sometimes it even times out and tries to reconnect.
Logs are not containing any problems. They only show new blocks one after another. But at a very slow pace.
Setup:
- intel core2duo p8700
- 8gb of ddr3 ram 1333mhz
- 2tb ssd
The blocks it seems to struggle with are from 2023. I wonder if that might have to do with ordinals being introduced and bigger blocks?

Strange, mine synced in just under 24 hours. I was shocked.

Do you run startOS? Is there a way to pause the syncing, perform a restart of the machine and resume syncing from where you left?
StartOS on server pure, my pi/umbrel took days. Im not sure about stopping and resuming sync.
