Is there a way to withdraw from the wallet? Or do I need to wait til there’s sats first in there to get the option?

Maybe that’s what ‘paste’ is for?
You can withdraw them anytiime. You can just create invoice in your personal wallet and paste that invoice in zapit wallet with "paste" option. In future this process will be automated.
