I can usually go all day without eating.

But once I eat, I get hungry again a couple hours later. Especially if I have carbs.

I went low carb about a year ago and just don’t get hungry often anymore. Have dropped 50lbs as a result.

Much respect to you bro being able to sustain from eating for long periods. 💪🏿
