Twitter was a hotbed of extremism, Nostr is just a hotbed. I am trying to behave in a more becoming manner but it takes time to De radicalise myself and just be a grown up once more. Onwards 😉
I find myself reverting to old patterns.
I try to observe them with neutrality.
It is a process that takes time.
