As someone with a CSCS, I want to mention something about a very gross trend I see today.

There are a lot of beautiful people with great physiques who have become “influencers”. Basically their job is to look beautiful and sell you on the idea of their image.

No one, and I mean NO ONE, who can actually change YOUR body, will flaunt theirs as a receipt of proof.

That doesn’t mean these people don’t know what they’re doing. For themselves, they certainly do. But what works for them, and what works for you, are almost guaranteed two different stories. They’re not bad people. I just think selling your beauty as a means of convincing people you’re a competent coach is nonsense.

What's a CSCS?

(dare I say wrong answers only...)

But srsly, is that some kind of life coaching or physical therapy thing? Or is it some kind of genetic issue where you may never achieve a "great physique?"

I would say that no one except for myself could change my body, but that would be insulting to my surgeon, I suppose. Also my mugger.
