I'm on a similar boat, life has been a bit rough the last few years but now it's more or less ok, I'm slowly but surely growing in my alternative health practice but it's still not enough to live comfortably, yet. I've been reluctant to supplement my income by going back to some allopathic medicine position, it just feels against what I stand for and have been fighting against. Bitcoin is what gives me hope and my family is what gives me strength.

Sometimes I do wish I would've studied an engineering degree or learned a hard skill like plumbing, there is much more freedom of movement with something like that and less fiat ideology imbedded in it. There are so many more hoops to jump through as an MD if you want to work in a different country.
