The whole point of the OT was to teach people their best can never be enough. Jesus’ death paid the debt for all sin.

Gnostic gospels make actual sense. Not this state controlled Vatican slop King James edited mind control Christianity.
I’ve found those who think the gnostic gospels fit with the Bible haven’t read much of either.
A child playing the Sesame Street game “which one of these is not like the other one” can see clearly why the extrabiblical texts of both Jews and Christians are clearly not part of the Bible.
