yay! I now have my #Monero node accessible through a tor hidden service so i can always use it. For a while, I did have my domain pointing at it, but that's annoying with a dynamic IP address. And so I was using the local network IP, but that obviously did not work when I was away from the house.

Great now I have to learn what a dynamic IP is and how to use it

Running DNS with a dynamic IP address is definitely not fun and I would not recommend it. If you want to host a service behind a dynamic IP address, then a hidden service like I did would probably be better.

I don't even know what or how to do anything you're talking about lol. I don't have the time right now to learn either

I'm waiting for moneroD GUI to do all tbe hard work for me. Need to make all this easy for people, mining, tor, personal nodes are not that easy to get going correctly
