Don't give your passwords to a company. No matter how good you think they are.
Using [Proton Pass](https://account.proton.me/refer-a-friend?referrer=0FES9KF6HHD0), I'm slowly moving all my online accounts and subscriptuons off my "real" email address to aliases that I can simply shut down if that org gets breached.
