It's a tool like any other to collect meta data and build a graph.
And in those cases where people do not control their own OS both mobile and PC interception is possible before and after E2E encryption.
I do think it's the right choice for those Bitcoiners not caring about their anonymity and privacy anyways.
Glad Monero brothers and sisters already moved on to SimpleX.
I love Simplex but it's really hard to onboard noobs and group chats suck

I didn't find on boarding hard. Main problem has been people getting new device or resetting. Then they expect to just put their name in and be reconnected with contacts. Database backup is not on their radar at all.
