It would be ironic if people started to move from Costa Rica to Nicaragua due to safety!
there is also correlation low level corruption to this index at macro level only
We’ve seen the rise in Costa Rica. Sad to see but judiciary just lets murderers off with very short jail time or just lets people off. Finally changing on that front.
Uruguay numbers are very skewed and don’t reflect the true rates in a way cause take away 1 province and the average drops like 80% or something. Just don’t go to that town and it’s one of the safest countries
