What he means is, unless total control over governments and populations is achieved, all of the plans tying power, food, travel, health, education, society, to a centralized, AI controlled digital governmental economy, will fail on a larger scale.

What this means for us is, if freedom really wins one sector, their whole house of cards falls apart.
