I think there are some good olive oils made here in Australia. I’ve recently been buying a locally produced one that is made from olives collected from wild trees and relinquished groves (in areas that are free from pesticides etc). They make a couple of batches at different times in the season which each have fairly distinct flavours.

In Greece, in the southern-most Peloponnese 😉 Humid seawinds don't require trees to be watered. 100% natural production anyway. Taste is super rich. This oil is medicine 👌🌿

I can recommene Turkiye. Some of the trees are more than a thoussnd years old. Go to Izmir area for the most tasty and healthy oils you will ever find.
