You can use apps like Amber or Amethyst to get seed words for your key. But I don't believe it that works for existing keys, only new ones created from those apps.
Android: install the ZapStore, from there install Amber. I import private key into Amber. Apps like Amathyst will then show a button that says "Log in With Amber". For Crome on desktop there's an extension called nos2x. Some sites like Yakihonne will allow you to log in with that
