I don't look for scammers or have proof they are.. to be honest don't focus my energy on that.
As just my feeling and intuition, they are not, but I have no proof for that too, so will not make an opinion on that.
What I can say is, my "engagement" with both of them was and is nice since I saw them on #nostr (Himel from longer time) and never felt them like bragging for sats.. no harm for me until now.
In the end, #nostr is an open place, and if/when more people will come, more fake/alternative/multiple accounts/bot/scammers/etc etc will come.. focus on the good.
