Make a steady stream of content - videos that can be chopped into shorts. It doesn't take long to get some visibility if the content is good. It'll happen before you know it.

I never thought about that.... I mean just doing shorts ..... simple , to the point. and I can do it from my phone .... that was the biggest deterrent was the whole gear and setup process....

Any time. Sounds like you have a good starting point now. Don't worry about about fancy gear to begin with - good content is good content, period. You can add the fancy later.
