Can't send from Chile though. I'd actually love to efficiently send from Chile to Philippines but going through localbitcoins currently is worse than paying the person to a friend's bank account so they can get paid in cash to carry it to a remittance office to have a relative pick it up over there.
Eventually we'll have easy solutions everyone either 1) because every country will realize that cheap and easy remittances fueled by Bitcoin just make sense or 2) hyperbitcoinization happens.
