Ooof nasty. I’ve got very real nerve pain in my left arm at the mo but weirdly it was the dreams of my right hand being slashed to pieces that caused the horrible pains in my sleep. Wife said I was even shrieking “stop it, stop it!” In my sleep, she didn’t know what to do.
You just need gentle waking, nothing sudden
