Yeah I’ll post a video of parts being made in production.

Tons of tiny little like beads or plastic balls get funneled into like a barrel

They typically have heater coils and shit essentially melting the plastic beads/ raw material into like liquid form

Then In the press a shot is made

With the 2 half’s closed up together

It takes a few seconds to cool then opens up and a robot arm comes down with sucking cups to grab part and drop on conveyor belt then drops into a box

Then fully self driving forklifts grab box’s and move to shipping

It’s wild

After typing this out as a bitcoiner I had a thought

If they were mining bitcoin could use the heat to melt plastic

They paying electric cost for the heaters anyway just not getting sats

I should be the president of the company lol

Seriously! What are they currently generating the heat with? I would bet they need burst of really high heat on demand.

The only thing is mining has a lower heat differential than coils. So the max heat is not as good as traditional coil. But you could do consistent high heat all day :)

Gotta keep usually around 500 or 550 degrees f

Yeah consistent heat

And they already have all the power///electrical stuff in place

I can help you run some numbers to show the viability and potential profit your co. Could benefit from a switch like this :) also would need to test the alternative heat exchange

I don’t think they would listen to me
