Amethyst 0.43.0 (alpha): Performance improvements

This build includes performance tweaks in every corner of the app. So, please pay attention to things that were working and are not anymore, and report back.

Weird. Received zaps show & sent zaps are "loading..." It's def not #Amethyst :) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I've noticed that there are a bit too many "Show more" even on one-line notes or without photos.

This is quite strange.
