Yes sir, got a nice 4lb brisket in the refrigerator so I donβt have to worry about the store selling out. Need to pickup a bag of pellets for the grill to make sure I donβt run out mid-cook and them Iβm ready π€π»
Perfect! A 4lber is a nice easy start, just don't get impatient and bump it up too hot, don't want to dry it out π₯
