Not alot of flavor, slightly sweet, kinda like tiny apples. Lots of very tiny seeds. I like to eat anything that is in season because i think nature knows what our bodies need at certain times of year.
Absolutely, the rich colors show they are full of antioxidants.
I have been eating so many autumn olive berries ๐
