Sure, a website for people who want to open a lightning channel but don’t care to who. You enter a lottery and the winner gets all the channels opened to them.
The lottery is based on guessing the block hash of some block, maybe 5 in the future. Which is just a number. So you guess a number and whoever is closest gets all the channels
