A year ago, I went on a 10-day water fast; currently on day 2, shooting for 14 days.

Distilled?
Filtered- reverse osmosis, for sure. I do black coffee and tea, as well; just don’t add anything to them, not even false sweeteners.
Day 3 of water fasting almost over, having just cross trained for 30 minutes at a similar intensity while eating. Although my original goal was a 14-days this year, I was thinking 21 days would be a much cooler number to shoot for!
