I wouldnβt say formatting but rather unlearning and learning. And yes we can change our thoughts and behavioral pattern over time. It takes time, discipline and efforts but itβs possible.

Read about behavioral patterns and how to train your mind generally, itβs a very interesting topic. But basically you have to constantly stop your mind when thinking of something you want to avoid and train it to be present and practice positive behaviors or even think of nothing at all π§π»ββοΈ. The more you repeat & practice the more it becomes a part of your personality. π€
