Every single time I hang them in the garage to dry, the next day open the door and go omfg DISASTER what has happened in here?! Then I remember 😅

What do you do with them dried?
Tea mostly, really nice with ginger. Sometimes sell them for decoration, if you hang them like this they dry long ways and are easy to store.
Also for elderflower sugar, and in a pinch to make cordial later in the year although fresh ones are better for that
