When I feed my shrimp, they will fight over food and try to steal it from each other, even though there is plenty more swimming on the surface.
Sometimes I feel like humans aren't far away from shrimp.
Dumb, jealous, greedy and incapable of seeing the bigger picture.

No. I had some in the past though. I also wouldn't have shrimp but they somehow found their way to me. Like all my pets in the last decade now that I think about it 🤔 must be a universe thing 😄

Only three, and they're small, maybe 3-4cm. Unfortunately I know nothing about them, so I can't tell how long they live. I feed them occasionally, every couple of days or so. But they are fine without feeding also for like two weeks because they always scrape off the algae or similar stuff from all the surfaces.

Their fighting saves their species. The weak don't eat, so the strong propagate. The energy spent in fighting each other is their security budget.
