So kinda halfway between a follow and a not-follow could be a feature where you put the npubs that you don't actually want to talk to, but also still want to know what they're saying. Cuz just cuz all the inflooencorz are state agents, doesn't mean its not good to know what they're telling the dumdums. Like, a digest of their most popular notes, off in a tab somewhere. there is a spec for generic lists of anything somewhere in the nostr nips. it's just a matter of making a client that reads some that you give a label to, i think the lists also have labels in the spec, so you can put "spooks and intel assets" section ;)
