Last couple of iris updates have been brutal. Having to go through the small number of people I follow to see if they've posted anything because very little is coming up on the main TL for me 😢

Have you tried cmd/ctrl + R refresh on the browser or quit & restart the app. It usually helps with cache issues.
You could maybe also double-check the new and your social graph settings.
