I had a high carb meal today (tradition is law) so I had to find myself a workout. It rains all day so I decided to power up my camping/off-grid lights with power of my muscles rather than plugging them into USB.

It was a workout indeed. It took me nearly 50 minutes of continuous pulling of the plastic cord to charge up my NOWLIGHT.

Which brings me to a point why am I writing this in the first place.

You pull the cord for 1-2 minutes to get 30 minutes of light. Perfect light for preppers, campers, off-grid people or cabins without electricity. They are pricy, but I belive it’s because for every piece you buy they ship another one to rural Africa - so the kids don’t need to use petroleum lights which brings respiratory illnesses and cancer.
