Standing knee crunches, 5x15/side
Bridges, 3x16 seconds
Tension kata, 3 minutes
Stretching, 15 minutes
Splits work, 5 minutes
I wanna be, like, Andi Hug to my kids (minus the brain cancer). If my kid says to his friends "my dad can beat up your dad," I want him to be correct. Maybe I won't ever get to Hug's level, but dang it I ought to try for those boys.
