GM Nostr! π The end of the year is nigh and I'm feeling very reflective.
Do you take time regularly to think about where you've been and where you're going? Any good strategies that have helped you?

GM fren!
I naturally reflect constantly about my life, and in respect to past and future time. Though for me it helps making effort to do less.
Do you want to reflect more? Or what's your goal with asking this?
GM! β
Yes.
Writing. Loose structure, I've found most structured review systems lacking.
Usually just asking myself the following is enough.
what worked
what didn't
what I wished I had done more
what I wished I had done less
what do I want to write in next year's review
Yes, constantly, reflecting is an exercise that is somewhat forgotten these days due to how discouraged it is by the tsunami of stimuli to which we are subjected. For me the best strategy is to make an effort to leave your mind blank, sometimes it takes a long time, but finally you achieve the clarity that will help you feel conscious, present, and move forward
