Is this a solo miner finding a block?
It was found by Luxor, so not a solo miner, but basically an empty block that the miner still got rewarded for

What does that mean? Is mining ⛏️ done and you don’t know what you get until it’s opened?
It just means that someone's miner solved the block when it only had one transaction in it. They still get the full block reward
