Wireguard. Much faster than openvpn in my experience.

WireGuard is faster. OpenVPN is better for Tor, as you do not get the speed benefit of WireGuard->Tor. WireGuard has the IP stored in memory for 2-5 min depending on the provider, but this isn't that big a deal to most people, as they can see your IP anyway.
