I keep lower life forms as pets, so yes Q can keep a human as a pet.

Yes, it is wrong to limit freedom for any life forms, including lower ones, except for reasons of protecting your interests (but your interests cannot include limiting freedom of others). And even then it is probably more morally correct and less detrimental to society to teach a lesson and in case of failure kill, than to limit freedom.
That said, pets are clearly the most immoral form of freedom limitation.
I shall moralise upon this 👀
First they made friends with wolves, as those helped with hunting and defense. That was fine.
Then they forgot the friendship, and thought dogs are working for them.
Then they thought why not make horses, elephants and bulls work for them?
Then they thought why hunt if we can farm cows, sheep and all that.
Then they thought milking cows is not much of pervertion if we need more food.
Then they thought hanging chicken upside down and feeding them hell knows what makes them fully grow up in less than two months.
In parallel with all that they thought why not apply all same things on our enemies.
Then they thought, hell, everyone is a competitor, equals enemy.
Do something shitty, and everything turns into shit.
Prove me wrong.
