i recently figured out that i have early/pre type 2 diabetes, but i dunno, i think that i've always had a problem with most carbs, as a homeless person, i often was fasting and i felt better! never quite figured out why until recently, after artificial sweeteners made my glucose regulation system go completely awol and i almost thought i had Wernicke-Korsakoff (usually caused by excess alcohol consumption but now i think it's actually excess sugar)

i've made massive progress on a milk-only diet and i've just begun to return to eating somewhat more normal foods, haha, soon hopefully i'll be grilling goat chops as a substantial part of my diet

yeah, i'm also looking forward to next year, this year i'm hopefully gonna stack enough to get the money for some dirt cheap steep mountainside land, a temporary dwelling and enough money to get approval for building my dream post-apocalyptic brutalist concrete monstrosity of a house/bunker, with a heap of goats running around nibbling on everything, and go to a full goat only diet, goat milk, goat meat, goat organs, lots of goat leather clothing, and many goat skulls to adorn my brutalist bunker/house and a big collection of shotguns

something like that, anyway
