I think it’s whatever you want it to be, and maybe that’s the beauty of it.

Agreed, but incentives like freedom, verifiability, censorship resistance are built into the software, which may be considered ideology by people who seek control.

Yes you are probably correct, I just don’t like to label anything I much prefer to keep descriptions organic-but that’s just me, each to their own. 🫂

Good question though.

Thanks 💜🫂

Bitcoin has been compared to a religion due to its association with an ideology of social change.

Don’t trust, verify ✌️

No, but it has roots in Libertarian and cypherpunk ideology

We’re just a bunch of punks 🤘

No, but it is a highly ideological technology.

It was produced with a very strong political motivation, and it becomes the material vehicle for it a strong culture coherent with it, regardless of how individual users want to perceive it or identify as.

Freedom Money 🍻

Bitcoin just is

Bitcoin is just a thing it has propperties that allign with cypherpunk anarchist liberals but it it self just is.

I need a second cup of coffee for more words ☕️☕️

I see what you mean, it’s all in the code ✌️

Its just hard money that won't rot with inflation.

People make it political.

Bitcoin should not be the core of your personality.

Its unstoppable.
