I put on a layer of neutral (nontoxic) moisturizer, a layer of vitamin e and another layer of moisturizer every night
I also put moisturizer on every morning
I started as a teen. I'm in my mid 50s and barely have any wrinkles.
(and I avoid sun, wear a hat)
Wow. Vitamin E is underrated for skin protection. Been using it since my late teens also.
