The best advice to give to someone who holds #Bitcoin , is to self-custody. It's a great feeling having total control and custody of your #bitcoin. No exchange should be trusted. FTX was the 3rd largest exchange, and everyone lost there funds. And Ftx is only 1 of hundreds of exchanges that have scammed people. Also when holding bitcoin on exchanges it is easier for hackers to access your funds. Emails, phones and yes even 2FA can all be hijacked. And the knowledge of hacking is very easy access in today's society. No one's Bitcoin that has been kept on-chain has been hacked. (Unless they mishandled there seed phrase but that's not hacking the block chain.) I urge anyone at this time to help your friends and family self custody. You could be saving them there future!
