Of course I want to be healthy, but also happy

What do you sweeten with? Fruit? Dates? Xylit? Or do you just not eat anything sweet?

when you don't eat things with sugar, what sugars are in the foods are sweet

coffee is quite sweet, for example, milk is very sweet, there's even sugar in mint tea!

i've been eating maca powder too and it has a lot of sugar in it naturally

aside from being able to taste the sweetness of these things i also know when i've eaten something with fermentable sugars in it because it causes an increase in bacteria in my mouth that is absent when i am only drinking milk

that is something i find very unpleasant now because it tends to also mean pain
