Let’s put it this way:

If a block hasn’t been confirmed for 10 minutes, what’s the average amount of time it will take for it to be confirmed?

Let me put it this way - how long does it take for #fiat transactions to settle ? .. I mean really settle .. beyond IOUs :-)
