Need some help from a nostr dev on quote replies. Its driving me nuts. I cannot seem to get the note/event to properly quote.

The nips don't say much. What format should this be in?

Where does the note1 event id come from? I seemingly have tried everything.

I noticed that the note1XXXXX does NOT match the hex of the note id. Is it in a different format?

Its basically my last feature besides some bug fixes before launch.

The note1 and npub and nsec format is a bech32 format. You'll also see nevent.

I'll try again, I thought I was converting the hex to bech32 already. I'll give it another shot.

What's the difference between a note1 and nevent?

nevent contains more data encoded. Like relays. Note1 is just the note itself. Iirc.

I'm just fixing some things today, and then hoping to release the source.

Will be for more advanced users for sure to start, then as time goes on I hope to gain more software and hardware support and bundle it perhaps.

Its replying and quoting. I think the extra 'e' tag is not needed with quote replied?

What I see in Amethyst.

Yeah, so it has a replied to note, then my reply, and quote. That's what I see.

What am I doing wrong in the tagging? I must have an extra p tag or something of the note?
