Walk through a Tractor Supply.

See and feel the Americana.

Revel in the culture of hard work and dedication.

Then step back, take a breath, realize that its a simulation.

Its a carefully crafted lie.

Everything in there is low quality.

Everything is made in China, or India, or someplace else far away.

You’ve been lied to. Over and over again. To the point that many of you cant see the lies anymore.

And the people who say, “But free market capitalism is best. If you dont support us, youre a communist” should probably just be punched in the face.

No dude. Not a communist. I just recognize the difference between people who want to build a strong local economy for their children’s children, and a greedy POS. 🤷

Search for the real. Look for the truth.

I was following a guy on YouTube who was saying Tractor Supply was hosting drag queen events in some locations. I have no idea if that was true, but the source sure thought it was, and I trust them pretty well.

Tractor supply was not the focus. it was an example used to illustrate a deeper principle.

I notice the same, where people exchange quality for quantity, whether it is in profits or convenience or relationships.

It’s becoming so pronounced to me i can’t go into some places without feeling disgusted and mad.

I get it. Before #btc all we could do was be frustrated, now that #bitcoin exists the better path is an option, even though few will take it.

It’s all fake & gay until BTC takes over.

BTC is the fake & gay antidote. I’m working on a spray bottle version of BTC.

Fucking love this.

Spray bottle?!?

We need a mobile firehose.

During the pandemic, TSC "helped deliver local food" by bringing tractor tailers of meat from MegaFarms far away to sell. From their parking lots--undercutting all the local farmers who were suddenly getting the local customers they've been courting for years.

In that single move TSC alienated all their core customers and exposed the lies they trumpet.

#notbitter :cringe:

Funny, I was finding myself thinking “that’s a nationalistic bias” or something like that, but it really is about the localness like you said

this is an annoying comment, not yours, the one i'm making, yours was great
