Hungry as usual. Learning to appreciate food and feast once a day. Fasting is so cool. I feel so happy and my mind is beginning to have clarity. I appreciate the taste from every bite after 24 hours of fasting. I try to control the way how i drink even a simple glass of water, i don't chug. 😅. **the kitten is just cherry on top, so enjoy the whining sound 🤣🤣**
